Whether you have one investment property or a complete portfolio, it can be difficult to look after your assets on top of work and family commitments. The legal and tax requirements alone can be difficult to manage and that’s before you start looking for tenants and checking references! We offer two services to landlords, a “Let-Only” option and a complete “Property Management” option. Our “Let-Only” clients tend to be landlords who are renting their property for the first time and are unsure of the process and want to make sure the tenancy is correctly established. They usually have the time to deal with the tenants and any problems/repair issues themselves once the tenancy is in place. The majority of our “Property Management” clients are happier to let us take care of everything in relation to the property including rent collection. We contact our landlords if there are issues needing their consent such as the purchase of new equipment or repair work, otherwise we deal with all tenant queries and ensure the property is well kept and rent is paid on time.
